Zhonghang Hentuo Intelligent Technology supports the opening of new galleries at the Guangdong Science Center. An epic of stars and oceans is interpreted through innovative technology. The domestically‑pioneered immersive UAV stage show lights up the "Star Odyssey" journey.

Co‑developed with the Guangdong Science Center, the UAV show features specially modified UAVs with custom payloads acting as stage characters performing alongside live‑action actors. It takes audiences through planetary migration of the solar system 4.6 billion years ago, a visit to mirror‑image cosmic space, encounters with future‑self avatars, and dialogues with advanced extraterrestrial intelligent beings. This application is a pioneering achievement among science museums worldwide.

On March 28, 2025, two theme galleries, "Star Odyssey" and "Ocean Exploration", meticulously developed by the Guangdong Science Center, officially opened to the public. As a core technology partner for the galleries, Zhonghang Hentuo Intelligent Technology (Hebei) Co., Ltd. injected robust technological strength into this cross‑border feast of science and art with its self‑developed UAV formation technology and innovative integrated solutions. Covering a total area of 4,200 m², the two galleries house 108 interactive exhibits. Leveraging cutting‑edge technologies such as digital media, holographic projection and virtual‑real fusion, they create an innovative cognitive space where science, art and humanities are deeply integrated.

UAVs act as "interstellar messengers" in a world‑first application for science museums. Within the "Interstellar Roaming" exhibit in the "Star Odyssey" gallery, Hentuo’s technical team broke conventional display boundaries by deeply integrating UAV formation technology with immersive stage performance. Powered by sophisticated algorithms and custom‑designed payloads, the UAVs are endowed with "life". They serve not only as light‑and‑shadow brushes but also as core narrative characters. Depicting the time‑spanning cosmic epic of 4.6‑billion‑year history, ten UAVs fly in centimeter‑level precise formation to dynamically recreate the magnificent scene of solar‑system planetary migration. Combined with digital projection, audiences feel immersed in the chaos and order at the birth of stars.

This sci‑fi narrative features human‑machine co‑performance. UAVs interact on‑stage with live actors, guiding audiences through mirror‑image universes and dialogues with future civilizations, and exploring the ultimate proposition of "the co‑existence of humanity and the universe" amid intertwined virtual and real worlds. As the world’s first immersive UAV stage show implemented in a science museum, it redefines the imaginative boundaries of popular‑science exhibitions. Showcasing the intricate aesthetics of interstellar geometry, the UAV array sketches transient shapes of nebulae, black holes and constellations in the air via dynamic path‑planning, illustrating the vastness and subtlety of the cosmos with centimeter‑level positioning accuracy.

Zhonghang Hentuo will continue to deepen cross‑sector applications of intelligent UAV technology. The "Interstellar Theater" model is planned to be rolled out to planetariums, theme parks and other venues. Working together with more partners, we will ignite public scientific aspirations through technological innovation.
